1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Repp mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dennis Santesson ("Repp," "we," "our," or "us").
2. Description of Service
Repp is a strength training tracking application that helps you log, analyze, and improve your workouts. Features include workout logging, training statistics, personal records, training programs, social groups, and AI-powered program generation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- Keep your credentials secure and confidential
- One account per person
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
- If under 18, parental consent is required
4. User Conduct
You agree not to: harass or abuse other users, post offensive content, impersonate others, use the App illegally, reverse engineer the App, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools.
5. User Content
You retain full ownership of all your workout data and content. You grant Repp a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service. This license is revoked upon account deletion.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, code, exercise database, and algorithms are the intellectual property of Dennis Santesson and are protected by applicable laws.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.
8. Health and Medical Disclaimers
Repp is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. AI-generated workout programs are suggestions only. Strength training carries inherent risks — you use the App at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
10. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time through Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent within 30 days.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes are subject to Swedish courts. EU residents may use the European Commission's ODR platform.
